返品について

お客様のご都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。

商品の不良・破損、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。状態を確認のうえ、当店負担で交換いたします。返送料・交換品の送料は当店が負担します。返送前に必ずご連絡ください。

返金対応は、日本国内への配送注文に限ります。日本国内への配送注文で交換品をご用意できない場合は、返金いたします。海外への配送注文については、返金対応を承っておりません。交換品をご用意できない場合は、個別に対応方法をご相談させていただきます。

到着後7日を過ぎて判明した不具合についても、まずはご相談ください。

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us through the shop inquiry form within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement at our expense. We cover return shipping and replacement shipping costs. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refunds are available only for orders shipped to addresses within Japan. For these orders, we will provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable. We do not offer refunds for orders shipped outside Japan. If a replacement is unavailable for an international order, please contact us to discuss how we can resolve the issue.

If a defect becomes apparent after 7 days, please contact us to discuss the issue.
